Andy Johnson is amazing. When we asked him to consider writing music to accompany the text in the Starry Night, Hold Me Tight book, he jumped on it.

We are forever grateful for his gift and his magic.

Andy has composed and arranged music for many films and theatre productions, worked as an orchestrator alongside the London Symphony Orchestra, taught music at The Royal Academy of Music, and has performed all over the UK.

I think the books were released from the warehouse today. That means they are on trucks making their way to various distributors and stores. I know it’s exciting, first night on the town and all, but I hope Baby Bear behaves himself. You know how little bears can be, their curiosity can sometimes get them into deep water. I bet Momma Bear will keep an eye on him.

Dear Baby Bear:

Have a safe trip! I can’t wait to see you in a store and I especially can’t wait to see a child curled up with you. I’ll pack tissues and try my best to not embarrass you.
